Tough Week for HBK Backstage Fight and Real Life Fight in Syracuse; Bill Watts Leaves WWF After Disagreements with Vince McMahon; The Undertaker's Face Legitimately Injured by Mabel; The Ultimate Warrior in the News

If you think you had a bad week, Shawn Michaels may have you beat not that this is a contest or anything. First at a house show at Madison Square Garden, Michaels would be confronted backstage by Ron and Don Harris (Jacob and Eli Blu). They threw Michaels into a dressing room and roughed him up a little bit, but did not do a lot of damage. The twins put their notice in with the WWF and they had enough of Michaels' shit and took it out on him before they leave.

That was nothing compared to what happened the next night in Syracuse, NY. Michaels along with The 1-2-3 Kid and Davey Boy Smith at a bar where they got into an altercation with a group of Marines. As the wrestlers were trying to leave in their car, the Marines yell stuff at them prompting Michaels to get out of the car to confront them. Several of the Marines brutally attack Michaels by slamming his head into the hood of the car, ripped his earrings off his ears and kicked and punched him. The other Marines held the doors of the car shut so Smith and Kid could not get out. Eventually, Smith and Kid get out of the car and attack the Marines. Eventually police show up and the Marines leave. Michaels had both of eyelids swollen shut and suffered a ruptured eardrum.

Not more than two weeks after officially being named head booker of the WWF, Bill Watts announces he has quit the WWF after several disagreements with him and Vince McMahon. Watts and McMahon had differences of opinions of having Bret Hart being the long-term WWF Champion while McMahon wants that belt to eventually go to Shawn Michaels. Watts and McMahon also have contrasting opinions over Watts' old school philosophy of not having babyfaces and heels not associating with each other outside the ring and fining wrestlers steeply for being late. McMahon does not share these views and it wasn't going to work.

The Undertaker legitimately broke his orbital bone in a match against King Mabel at a house show. It appears that both Undertaker and Shawn Michaels will not be at this upcoming In Your House PPV.

The Ultimate Warrior had a match scheduled with Jim Neidhart in an independent promotion in Las Vegas. However, the Warrior no-showed the event much to the disappointment of the fans.
