We kickoff this edition of Monday Night Raw with The 1-2-3 Kid taking on his best friend Razor Ramon. We see the clip of the Kid defeating Razor back in May 1993 that jump started his career and turned him into the 1-2-3 Kid. Then they show the Kid challenging Razor to a match last week, only to be slapped in the face by "The Bad Guy."
The Kid attacks Razor as he enters the match before Razor could even get his jacket off. Razor soon got the advantage. Late in the match, Razor, Kid, and the referee would all be knocked down. Dean Douglas comes out and gives Razor a splash off the top rope. Both Kid and the ref come in as Kid pinned Razor and the ref counted 1-2-3 as the Kid gets another major victory over Razor.
It's time for the "Report Card" with Dean Douglas as Douglas gives The 1-2-3 Kid a 'D' for dumb as he thought he could actually beat Razor Ramon. He gives Razor an 'E' for elevate which is what he's going to have to do in order to beat Douglas. He gives himself an 'A' of course and will give himself an 'N' for his performance at In Your House because it will be a no-brainer. What does that spell? D-E-A-N!!
We are shown a clip from this past weekend on Superstars where Henry Godwinn slopped Ted DiBiase as he is battling his former manager. This sets up a match between Godwinn and DiBiase's top wrestler Sycho Sid Justice-Vicious this Sunday at In Your House. Also, Hunter-Hearst Helmsley was shown refusing to wrestle due to the stench of Godwinn's slop at ringside and went to the back.
DiBiase's Million Dollar Corporation members Tatanka and Kama take on Savio Vega and Bob "Spark Plug" Holly. Tatanka and Vega clothesline each other and Holly tags in. Holly nails Kama with a drop kick for two. Holly goes up top for the high cross body, but Kama rolls through for the 1-2-3 and the win.
Razor Ramon is being interviewed about Dean Douglas and their upcoming match at In Your House in six days. He tells Douglas to forget about his "Ive League education" because it won't save him and he will carve him up.
They hype up a replay of Lawrence Taylor vs. Bam Bam Bigelow and Shawn Michaels taking on Diesel in a WrestleMania XI replay on Saturday night, September 30 and don't say which channel it's on but whatever.
Next up Jean-Pierre Lafitte takes on some scrub jobber in a total squash match. He is wearing Bret Hart's leather jacket as he stole it and was stealing Hart's sunglasses from kids at ringside. Hart is on the phone from the set of Lonesome Dove during the match talking about how he will put an end to Lafitte's problem with left.
For the main event, Tag Team Champions Owen Hart and Yokozuna, accompanied by Jim Cornette and Mr. Fuji, take on Men on a Mission in a non-title match. The end of the match saw Cornette distract the referee as Hart drop toeholds Mo as Yokozuna gives Mo a leg drop. Hart pins Mo for the win. Men on a Mission seem to be having problems as King Mabel leaves Mo behind.
The Two Dudes with Attitudes deliver us a prerecorded message about how they will be taking the Tag Team Titles away from Owen and Yokozuna this Sunday at In Your House.
Vince McMahon is now in the ring with the Tag Team Champions and their managers Cornette and Fuji. Cornette mentions how there was distrust between Diesel and Shawn Michaels the last time they were tag team partners and champions. He goes on about how "Camp Cornette" trust each other and that either Yokozuna or Owen will be either WWF World Heavyweight or Intercontinental Champion this Sunday.
Next week on Monday Night Raw, The Undertaker will take on The British Bulldog Davey Boy Smith.
Six days from now, In Your House will be live on PPV and here's the rundown of the entire card:
The main event will have all three WWF titles on the line for the first time ever as WWF Champion Diesel and WWF Intercontinental Champion Shawn Michaels will take on the WWF Tag Team Champions Owen Hart and Yokozuna.
Also, Razor Ramon takes on Dean Douglas, Bret Hart takes on the pirate Jean-Pierre Lafitte, Sycho Sid takes on Henry O. Godwinn, The British Bulldog squares off with Bam Bam Bigelow, and Savio Vegas faces Waylon Mercy.
